One campaign.
More ways to show it.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT FORMAT

A coordinated look. A practical product plan.

Discuss a T-shirt, a cap or a coordinated set for your team, event or merchandise range. Quote the quantities for each product rather than assuming one shared minimum.

BEFORE EVENT DAY

Prepare the content. Plan the handover.

Make the practical details part of the brief, so your team can check the product and the imagery before it is needed.

  1. 01

    Bring a consistent campaign identity

Supply your approved logo, campaign colors and original artwork. Check text size, cropping and contrast on the round screen during sampling.

  2. 02

    Review the intended use

Test the proposed display content and phone compatibility with the sample. Discuss how the team will load images and handle the display; do not assume continuous all-day operation.

  3. 03

    Include clear care instructions

The display is removable and cannot be washed. Keep electronics out of garment washing and follow the agreed cap care instructions.

THE PROJECT PLAN

Work back from your event date.

The 7–15 day reference is production time after final approval. Artwork review, sampling, approval and shipping need their own place in the schedule.

  1. 01

    Set the delivery target

Share the event date, the date you need stock in hand, the destination and quantities for each product.

  2. 02

    Prepare and sample

Supply the campaign artwork and product brief. Reference samples are RMB 300 per piece, with a 3–5 day development target after specification approval.

  3. 03

    Approve the handover details

Check the sample, image upload, content legibility, fit, size mix and care information. Confirm the order and transit plan.

  4. 04

    Confirm production and shipping

Reference production is 7–15 days after final approval. Shipping time is additional; the final schedule is agreed for your order and destination.

Reference terms: RMB 300 per piece · usually 3–5 days after specification approval. Production and transit schedules are confirmed separately for the final order.

YOUR NEXT STEP

BEFORE THE FIRST SAMPLE

Practical questions.
Clear answers.

Can we use the same campaign artwork on T-shirts and caps?

You can develop a coordinated visual direction across both products. The T-shirt has left-chest decoration and a black rubber screen surround; the cap has a side display and an aluminum-alloy surround. Approve each construction and the artwork on its own sample.

Can you guarantee delivery within 7–15 days?

No delivery promise is made from the reference production period. The 7–15 days covers production after final approval, and excludes artwork review, sample development, approval time and shipping. Share your required in-hand date and destination for a project-specific schedule.

What quantities should I put in the brief?

List T-shirt and cap quantities separately. The confirmed T-shirt MOQ is 100 garments total across agreed styles and colors. Cap quantities and configuration are reviewed separately in the quotation.

What should we prepare for the display images?

Provide your own approved logo, still images or GIFs. Both confirmed modules use 240 × 240 pixel TFT screens. Use the sample to check round cropping, legibility, image upload and phone compatibility before preparing the team handover.

Will the cap display run for the whole event?

Do not assume all-day operation. The PAI162 cap device specification lists a nominal 3 hours of always-on use; actual runtime varies with settings and content. Test your intended use with a sample and plan the event operation accordingly.

Can the products be cleaned after an event?

Detach the electronic display before washing or cleaning. The screen itself cannot be washed. Follow the approved T-shirt care label or cap care instructions, and include this guidance in the team handover.
