FROM FIRST IDEA TO BULK ORDER
Approve the product before scaling it. Samples, prices and production dates are confirmed against your specification.
Choose a T-shirt, cap or coordinated project. Share your design, desired quantity, destination and target date.
Reference sample fee: RMB 300 per piece. Sampling usually takes 3–5 days after the specification and artwork are confirmed.
Review the garment or cap, screen placement, decoration and display content before confirming the bulk order.
Bulk production usually takes 7–15 days after final approval. Timing, price and shipping are confirmed for your order.

The practical details behind your first sample and bulk order.
Discuss a SampleThe confirmed T-shirt MOQ is 100 pieces for the total order. It is not calculated separately for each style or color. For caps or a combined order, share the intended quantities so Gahumi can confirm the applicable order plan.
The reference sample fee is RMB 300 per piece. Sample development usually takes 3–5 days once the product specification and artwork are confirmed. Confirm the final sample arrangement and shipping cost with Gahumi before proceeding.
You can discuss garment colors, towel-embroidered patch colors and shapes, left-chest printing or embroidery, and the images shown on the removable display. The cap uses a side display with an aluminum-alloy bezel and no surrounding towel-embroidered patch. Final options depend on the approved product specification.
Yes. Remove the display unit before washing the garment and follow the garment care label. The electronic display itself cannot be washed. Confirm the care instructions for your selected garment or cap before production.
The reference bulk production time is 7–15 days after the specifications, artwork and sample are approved. Actual production timing depends on the confirmed quantity and order details. Delivery transit time is confirmed separately.
