Develop a collection around 300 GSM cotton, tactile embroidery and images that change. Start with a physical sample, then define the details for your bulk order.
A collection brief needs more than a logo. Define what stays on the garment and what changes on the screen.
01
Build a physical identity
Specify the cotton color, patch shape and left-chest decoration. For private label requirements, include your label and packaging brief so available options can be quoted.
02
Develop your screen artwork
Prepare your logo or original still images and GIFs. Review the artwork on a physical display; the browser preview is an illustration of your idea.
03
Approve before the drop
Check sizing, decoration, colors, display placement and care instructions before confirming the bulk order.
THE PROJECT PLAN
Sample first.
Then build your drop.
Use your approved sample as the reference for the order. Confirm the assortment and delivery plan before committing to a launch date.
01
Define the capsule
Share your brand direction, product choices, color references, size mix and target quantity. Include private label and packaging requests.
02
Develop the sample
Reference fee: RMB 300 per piece. Allow a target of 3–5 days after the artwork and specification are approved; shipping is separate.
03
Approve the details
Check the physical sample, garment measurements, left-chest decoration, display artwork and the agreed assortment.
04
Confirm the bulk plan
T-shirt MOQ is 100 garments across agreed styles and colors. Plan for 7–15 days of production after final approval, plus shipping.
Reference terms: RMB 300 per piece · usually 3–5 days after specification approval. Production and transit schedules are confirmed separately for the final order.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Bring your collection
into the conversation.
A reference image is enough to start. These details help turn it into a product-specific sample and quotation.

MEET GAHUMI
A closer look at your production partner.
Guangdong Gahumi Textile Co., Ltd. brings trade and manufacturing together. See the company footage, then discuss how your sample and order will be developed.
Yes. The T-shirt supports garment colors, towel patch colors and shapes, and left-chest print or embroidery. White is the recommended starting color. Send your references so the final construction and options can be confirmed with a sample.
Does each color need 100 pieces?+
No. The confirmed T-shirt minimum is 100 garments for the total order across agreed styles and colors. The assortment is approved with the quotation. Cap minimums are confirmed separately for the requested configuration.
What does the 300 GSM specification mean?+
It describes the cotton fabric weight: 300 grams per square metre. It is not the weight of a finished T-shirt. Finished garment weight depends on size and construction.
Can I request labels and packaging for a private label project?+
Include your requirements in the brief. Available label and packaging options, artwork requirements, quantities and costs need to be confirmed in the quotation; they are not included automatically.
Can I review my artwork before a bulk order?+
Yes. Use the product-page image preview to discuss the visual direction, then approve the artwork and physical sample. Check screen content and phone compatibility during sampling before confirming bulk production.
How should my customer care for the product?+
Remove the electronic display before washing or cleaning. The screen cannot be washed. Follow the approved garment or cap care instructions; the T-shirt embroidered patch stays on the garment.
